| I always thought Guv would turn into a "Space" or "Pacha", but making Circa into one would be awesome. With the right management/promoters/staff it could work. |

Pacha Toronto will get ruined by urban.
toronto peeps dont have what it takes to support an all electronic fan base. as much as i would like it to be, electronic is still a niche in toronto. good numbers, just not enough people have it as big as id like to see it. |

| If Pacha Toronto ever happened (it's an absolutely horrible idea if they do it at the old CiRCA location) it would be a mess for the agents. A lot of Guvernment regular DJs have loyalty to the Pacha brand world wide, but would they have to pick between Guv and Pacha? |
