Jeee-zus.. H. Christ.

Quick review, got in around 3:15, the place was already JAMMING.. first time to Stereo ever, and.. holy hell, I understand why it's #14 in the world. It's honestly a world class club. That sound system really is first class, I felt like I was high on E just enjoying the soundsystem.

Beautiful heterosexual crowd.. and not as sketch as I've always remembered the after hours scene. Big props to the Stereo staff, great bartenders, security was friendly.. saw em carry out a huge fan to help cool things down. Someone had freshly puked in the toilet and there were 2 guys mopping it up on the double..

Lio, very impressive.. way to use that soundsystem for real. Throbbing big room tech house, seemless flow, breaks at the perferct time and just massive drops.

Dubfire, what can I say.. world class. I didn't know what to expect from him, I've never seen him spin before. Deep house? , can I get an ID on his intro track? Holy that got the crowd going hard... dark moody prog.

..And his set just got better and better, at 6am he was tearing up like a mad man.

I didn't really feel dubfire's set, I basically came in with the expectations of him being not that great... and I got less then I expected. I find his set didn't really have a strong sense of direction...

Still had an awesome time with friends at stereo and almost killed myself a few times driving back after lol, passing out behind the wheel is dangerous.

Lately I've only heard his Click2Click tag sets with Richie Hawtin, which I really enjoy, does he play like that at all solo?

One of the DJs makes me go crazy on the floor, the other one puts me to sleep. Guess who?

I got in at 1:30 and Carlo Lio was already tearing up. He was a joy to dance to.

Dubfire started playing a bit after 4. Intro track killed. I liked the VJ's work, looked like a skinny Master Chief from Halo.

Amazing night. Maybe next time, great bookings like this one can be set at a date outside of uni finals? Just a thought because I felt the crowd was a tad bit younger than what I expected. More college like. Sound is as good as advertised but I heard systems like this before in clubs in Shanghai. They don't spare any expenses there, a lot of clubs go all out when they open up. Anyhoot, thumbs up!!

I think it's his new single Fuego with Oliver Huntemann
Big Boss

Not gonna lie, that sounds pretty epic. I might be going there for the first time on May 7th for a friend's bday, and I'm excited to check it out. Out of curiosity, based on what ranking is Stereo ranked #14 in the world?
