To answer Lira, though... I don't know.

I generally just like people. Which is kind of odd, because much of the time, I generally hate people.

:/

My gf and I share many similarities, but we also have many differences between us. I wouldn't AT ALL call us opposites, but I wouldn't call us 'the same kind of people' either. We 'click' very well though.

I think that the same goes with my friends. Some things are similar, others not.

I like that though :) I've learned many things from my friends/gf that I doubt I would have if not for knowing them. I think I've taught many of my friends/gf things too, that they wouldn't have known or thought about.

As far as personal development goes, I think it's a bad thing to always hang with people that you're similar to, or completely comfortable with. It's good to step out of your comfort zone and experience new stuff.

So, Lira, your poll has no specific option for me. I'm not indifferent, but I don't fit in with your + or - categories :p

Oh snap, I don't even know who's burned who more anymore but I'm loving it :stongue:

See this is why I couldn't live in the States for a long period of time. The Yanks just don't possess the necessary genes for good banter.
Plus there's a whole bunch of idiots living there, possibly a majority.

Comrade Stalin
We are tribal creatures so we tend to gravitate towards "our tribe", i.e. people who hold similar political and social views as we do.
