p90x rocks!! I gave it a good shot for about 2 months. ate healthy and everything. I felt good and I looked good too, but then I lost my job and sat around on the couch. now I'm going to school and don't have much time.... I'm fat again :( well, I'm skinny with a gut hehe

It's a core exercise. It's called Bow to Boat I believe.
