^yeah, I've seen worse than $4 water many places...
anyway, just wanted to hop back on here quick and thank everyone again for a great night. I've finally recovered (mostly) from a crazy weekend in Toronto, and the more I look back, the better it gets. I had sooo much fun for my first time at Vola. It is soooo awesome that you all have a smaller place that brings in Trance, and I hope you all appreciate how rare and special that is. The atmosphere was great, and I felt that everybody was there primarily for the music, which is what you don't always get at bigger places. I'd like to apologize if I stepped on anybody while jumping around like an idiot, but by the looks of my sneakers, the act was apparently reciprocated, haha. :tongue2 Nice seeing a bunch of you again, and meeting some new faces. I hope to see you all in Detroit, but if not, then definitely over Canada Day. |

Yeah but the price ratio is much bigger for the water, being 20 times the price if you were to buy it at the store.
Anyway, I understand, but it's still load of bull. |

Think of it like a restaurant charging $3 for a pop when it costs basically 5 cents a glass when you put together the cost of buying the syrup and soda water in bulk. Even worse, when they charge for refills

I believe that's illegal. They have to provide you with free water. I guess they could say ppl get it from the bathroom taps all the time, but in that case you could argue that they have to at least give you a glass. |

I believe that as well but have never said anything. I find that going back later and asking for a glass of ice and dumping the ice to fill it with water works better than getting into an argument with them |

Bartenders absolutely hate it when you ask for a glass of water.
I'd be happy to give them a dollar to pocket for a glass instead of paying 4 to the club for a bottle, though.

I can assure you it doesn't. And you'll love the fact that it comes in bottles half the size of the ones you get at bars here ;) lol |
