Agree, especially that fat, ugly, dark bouncer with the long hair. Jesus, the guy looks like a slob. |

| Prob the first and last time I go there but I did like the led wall. Overall I had fun and it was nice to finally meet some TA's. SD here I come! |

Wow, I just wanted to say f--- the orange county crowd. The few places I found to dance, I kept getting shoved and moved by people. I don't mind the small shoulder tug/push, but people were seriously shoving me at out of the way places D:<
Both Kristina and Markus played a bit harder and rave-ish than I expected.
I was also surprised at how many people were rolling. |

i'm with naomi on this one - i really couldn't deal with the crowd and how they over-packed the place. i had a good time still, but was a bit let down/disappointed in the experience. As a few have already noted, just taking this as a mild warm up for sunday night.
kristina's set was good, but harder than i expected. It was great seeing a bunch of TAs again, but looking at this now i'm surprised at how many were there haha. place was packed! I'm jealous of all of you going to SD and/or vegas, but we should def organize a TA meet up at avalon for those that are going.
Minaya's set was great, and walking into the club, seeing him spinning, really set the mood for me it's unfortunate that the crowd quickly killed that for me. it was great meeting you at the end of the night too minaya - modthispny and i were leaving the parking lot when we saw you - he was driving, i was in the back. Your mix was perfect for my drive home from his house :)
I wasn't drinking but the girl i was with had the same experience as Dave with very weak drinks, so I felt bad about that. Laila made note of the 'asian invasion'. I kept finding myself surrounded by older asian people literally bumping me from all sides it was a little frustrating, and they made a point to box me out of getting in front of them to hang out with my friend which was equally terrible. Eventually i just started wandering around the club as i couldn't take it anymore.
but yeah.....TA meet up at avalon! (somebody please tell me avalon won't be that packed. tell me i'll have space to dance and be able to talk to my friends!!? while markus kills it for a whole 4+ hours!) |

Amazing night overall!! All of the DJ's where pure class. This was a few of my friends first time at an EDM Club and they loved it. Perfect way to kick off a Vegas Weekend.. Can't wait to see Markus at the Lovefest WhiteParty.. Deadmau5 @ Vanity should also be off the chain. Won't be back to Sutra till Hernan Cattaneo...
I have to agree with the weak drinks.. Worst Jack and Coke ever.
