People are posting attacking a guy for having cracked software, as if they themselves actually give a . You won't get far by trying to arbitrarily attach a moral consequence to any act that isn't immoral. That's why most people will still pirate, while you complain. |

Until the moment they create something that took hard work and suddenly they want to get paid. It becomes a different story then.
Quit with the lame excuses, or truly stand by your assertions and next time you go shopping, fill up the cart and walk out the store. Or why not just stop paying all your bills.

What a pointless thread. The guy posted a tutorial, just say thanks and move on. If its of no help to you then ignore it.
Its not as though he's the only person in the world using cracked software. People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. |

Kits- right, and I say demo all you want - I'm not laying out $$$ before I've seriously taken that baby for a test drive.
But......I just don't like the "all software/music/intellectual property/design/art/creation/etc should be free" bull.
I'm not getting all bill gates about it, but some people put their heart, soul, talent and food money in to creating something for other people to enjoy or use so I think they should at least have some expectation of being rewarded for it, and since you need money to eat and pay rent, why not that?
Is there any way we can bring the Mac vs PC debate in to this thread, maybe if we mention that hackintosh's cause terrorism?
Could potentially be the most epic thread ever if we manage to get Crono, Robby and Richie properly involved. |

I'll be sure to keep bumping just in case this gets that epic 8). My general opinion about downloads is "go for it". However I do feel much better paying for stuff. So if you really like something, pay for it IF you can. Problem is that paying for everything can't be taken for granted. And people can't go around yelling "grow up and go to work". It's just plain stupid and ironically childish too. |
