I pay tribute to the inevitable outcome of all activities described in this thread (usually a few hours later) with a song:

sounds delicious :tongue2 My favourite thing that I can eat night and day, plain white rice with 2 spoons of chili oil/flakes. During my "growing phase", I would eat 8 or 9 bowls of it at a restaurant. It was no wonder I was called fan teoung (rice bin direct translation lol)

I love putting hotsauce on ghetto white people frozen food! :P :haha:

My favorite spices?

Hmmm. That would have to be:

Cinnamon

Rosemary

and

Allspice

I also love garlic and put way too much in everything.

Fresh garlic, roasted garlic, and garlic flakes are best.

hmm. are you sure?

it did say "spices of choice". it didn't say hot burning lava spices of choice. and stefan did say he is a spice fiend. so i thought he liked all spices. are you discriminating against spices of the world?

we should embrace all spices! food is great! food is wonderful! flavor is nice!

i dunno.

i also like vanilla. and cocoa.

the thread is called "spicy friends - unite!!". when someone says "damn this food is really spicy!" they mean it is hot, not full of cloves.

or maybe im wrong.

it could mean both. spicy hot and spicy flavorful.

anyways, for hot sauce, i like these two:

and

both of these sauces are good because they actually have flavor and not just burn your face off hotness. IMO, it is a waste for hot sauce if it burns out your taste buds, you want it to enhance the flavor of food, not maime your tongue.

Also, piri piri sauce is to die for. Those Portuguese peeps sure do know what goes good with some chicken. YUM!!!
