How? A corporation takes liability. That doesn't change without corporate-personhood. All it does is remove the constitutional provisions (the ones that guarantee a human, the ability of free speech, campaign donations, etc here in the U.S.) that have been allowed to them.

I meant that my quote applied to corporations as well as to government which the poster was talking about. As for how things would change without corporate-personhood, ask arbiter. I don’t know.

Well you are wholly misinformed. The reason the U.S. has problems with campaign finance, is directly related to corporate-personhood.

Wait, what? I think we’re confused. Or maybe its just me. yes, I know that corporate personhood is directly related to the recent SC decision on campaign financing. I was pointing out originally that there are other reasons for personhood, such as directing liability. And then I said I don’t know how that (liability) might change if personhood was denied to corporations.

It wouldn't. A corporation, whether it is viewed as a person or not, is still liable for a faulty product. Plain and simple.

well, its not so much a question of liability as it is directing that liability. but again, im a complete noob on the topic.

I've been sick (slights coughs, sore throat and runny nose do not count) for about five or six weeks, maximum, in my entire life (22 years).
And if I first get sick, I get better within 3-4 days. If I'm not better by then I'll go see my doctor.

This is why I don't pop pills to solve problems. They're a chemical crutch.
