How? A corporation takes liability. That doesn't change without corporate-personhood. All it does is remove the constitutional provisions (the ones that guarantee a human, the ability of free speech, campaign donations, etc here in the U.S.) that have been allowed to them. |

I meant that my quote applied to corporations as well as to government which the poster was talking about. As for how things would change without corporate-personhood, ask arbiter. I don’t know. |

Well you are wholly misinformed. The reason the U.S. has problems with campaign finance, is directly related to corporate-personhood. |

Wait, what? I think we’re confused. Or maybe its just me. yes, I know that corporate personhood is directly related to the recent SC decision on campaign financing. I was pointing out originally that there are other reasons for personhood, such as directing liability. And then I said I don’t know how that (liability) might change if personhood was denied to corporations. |

It wouldn't. A corporation, whether it is viewed as a person or not, is still liable for a faulty product. Plain and simple. |

I've been sick (slights coughs, sore throat and runny nose do not count) for about five or six weeks, maximum, in my entire life (22 years).
And if I first get sick, I get better within 3-4 days. If I'm not better by then I'll go see my doctor. |
