just to clarify - yeah even though it is an american in jail - I think that if the brother admits to killing it then there should definately be a retrial. DNA evidence can be planted if there was an acting state agent - to make a long story short - there is no way to know.
But as stated, one of them pleading guilty doesn't help the trial situation - as 18 years isn't much of a plea bargain.
The states puts innocent people both american and non american in jail every day. Italy doing it shouldn't create outrage in america, look to yourselves first. |

You know, for a country that invented pizzas its really hard to get a good one there. Pizza is my go to food while travelling and on average the worst pizzas i ever ate were in italy. The british ffs make bettet pizzas. The british! The country with thw worst food in europe, perhaps the world...i had better pizzas there than in italy...now thats just not right.
On the other hand theres Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maseratti, Alfa Romeo and some damn fine wines so everything else is forgiven. |
