Your normal writing is nothing even close to that :haha:

Are you talking about my copy and paste on the Oriental breed of a cat, then you are very correct. How could you expect me to write all that off the top of my head when I didn't even know it was a breed to begin with. sorry for the sarcasim.

Well, about the video...if you really would like to see me with my shirt off using a russian sickle to shop down weeds that where 6 feet high while being all sweaty and erotic. I'll give it to you free but my moms friend isn't very hot but we managed to get her job done. Her bush is now cleaned, I meant bushes. :tongue2

Actually my black and white cat (Jazzy Mongoose Dizzle) acts more like an Oriental Breed than the one I just found but Jazzy I have had going on 3 and a half years and that she is prolly only a little older than that when she was found. But the new cat (Alley Eye Snuggle) is still very young and should become more like this Oriental Breed being spoken of in time. Now my other cat (Molly Malone) is just taking this new cat thing very weird. But she is adjusting as Jazzy knows when to give each cat attention but she already prefers the new one. They are like a television show.

I really thought I knew a lot about cat breeds. My family has had some of the most beautiful silver tip Persian cats I have seen, full blooded Siamese cats. But this thread has taught me a lot on different breeds.

The Oriental was developed to explore all the possibilities of color and pattern. Since its initial acceptance in CFA, Oriental breeders have maintained a constant pace to fulfill the breadth of this destiny. The Oriental has an equally colorful personality. They are closely linked to the people they claim as their own and desperately want to share their lives with you.

(in this case half of her personality fits)

In the busiest moments, your Oriental will find a way to interrupt your activities; a little nudge while you eat, a close examination of your tooth brush prior to use, or some help tying your shoes before you leave in the morning. It’s understood you'll need help deciding which items to select from the refrigerator! In the calmest of times they'll share the warmth of your lap, provide a comforting purr, and nuzzle your chin when you need it the most.

(in this case yes all the way)

But all in all my favorite cat is a typical black and white cat with more black than white, the one I found is solid black just for sake of explanation.

orientals are very similar to siamese, the major difference being that siamese have "points" whereas orientals have solid colours. Other than that they are almost the same cat. I should know i have 5 cats, all of them pure bred and 4 of them siamese. (i'm only missing 2 variations, but through breeding we will get the others eventually...we just got a house in the country so the breeding is about to take off.).

@ 17ssss. You already told me i think that you liked the flame point. It is a rarer occurrence of the breed and they really stand out as the light fur with orange points makes them look slimmer than normal siamese. Siamese in general do not become fat. If you have a fat siamese it means that they are most likely not pure. Considering how much i love hitler this is a deal breaker for me.

such an awesome cat...deffo daddy's choice and the one we picked as ther primary breeder of our gang. the sphinx is not fixed as well, as we want to play god and try to play aroung with breeds.

anyways..bla bla bla bla...its 5am on tuesday, 3 cats that we own in the toilet, and i am drunk...life is great..na na na na na.:p

When you say solid colors you are speaking of one solid color?

The site I copy&pasted that information from did not show one Oriental that had one solid color.

when he was a kitten, one of his brothers scratched him and he had to get it removed. A sphinx is a rare and expensive cat, and his "defect" (i kind of like pirate cat personally, it is different and his lack of depth perception brings the lulz.) meant thatr we got him for half of what the usual cost would be. His sperm is still good as the defect is not genetic, so it was really a good deal.

and by sperm being good, i was talking about the taste.:p

link, it is wrong...possibly a ty wiki article or breeders trying to sell something that is not really the real thing. The thing with cat breeding is that it is easy to rip_people off. They don't do research, like teen boys they just want quick .

variations while slight at times can mean a lot when you are talking about a "show" pedigree cat.

edit: I was wrong....I did see one solid white cat but the other white ones have different colored tail or slight markings on their faces.

actually it was my mistake.

the site is right...but solid orientals fetch higher prices.

we almost bought her, but am glad we did not as they are paying to breed with zafoo, the flame point.

i don't have any females...it is a better business model:)

Do you think this cat has characteristics to an Oriental and that is why you asked me early. She is a female. But found in an Alley all alone??

Pick when I found her

I can't get a good pick of her because her eyes won't show inside my house unless I hold her up to a light, so she looks annoyed in this pic I just took. You had me thinking because you asked me that question.

She is short haired just like the picture of the grey Oriental you posted above.
