Tiesto - October 30th @ LA Convention Center

*Cue up all the Tiesto threads..* ;)
Saw these teaser flyers all over the place when leaving EDC last night. Not much info except that it's during Halloween weekend and is being thrown by Insomniac. The convention center is pretty massive, so is it possible this is a new venue for Monster Massive... or is this just a separate event during the same weekend? |

MM is GoVentures only. Insonmniac works with GV on TAO, but not MM.
And Monster Massive is on Oct 23rd this year.
LACC has three halls. Doubt they would use Kentia hall. South can hold a helluva lot more than West hall. Capacity would vary greatly depending which hall they use. |

| USC has a home game on Oct 30. They've been lucky in the past with not running into this issue. |

hows this venue compared to sports arena (capacity, seating, water fountains, bathrooms, etc.)?
ugh its on the same day as hard halloween, oh well, looks like i'll be going to tiesto instead

They could do a room like they do for trance energy basically. one HUGE room. If the south hall, could probably hold thousands. West hall could fit a few (2 or 3) thousand, too.
They would be a lot of lobby space to take breaks in, too, if they don't use it as another room. No real seating the place. It's a convention center.
There are a number of bathrooms, both inside the hall (two sets on each side of the front wall of the halls)
PLENTY of parking, too.
Have been waiting for someone to use LACC for awhile. |

Whether they split the room into two rooms or one huge room (and if they did split them, no clue how well the wall they would have to put up would seperate the sound), can hold a lot of people! Note normal staging means like staging for say a banquet. Capacity is if for "theatre" and will obviously be differet depending on stage setup, VIPs, extra bars if done, and plus people will be standing up and not sitting in a theatre arrangement.
BTW, south hall can hold 23,000 when it's all opened up...to compare.

They are completely separate events. I have my physical hard tickets for MM already, supposedly Armin and Marcus Shossow are booked for it.
Haven't seen a teaser flier, but tickets are up on ticketmaster/groovetickets.
