plus I was only born in 1984 lol 80's are associated with ABBA and that's about it :\

lol you can't attribute it to being born in '84. I was born in '84 and I LOVE Cyndi and many other '80s groups and singers.

Plus ABBA is more of a '70s group.

anyways, uber sad that I wont be at Canada Day/PRIDE week this year. I love the festive nature, its one of my fav times to come up! :( :( :( :(
I have been in Canada every summer for 10 years (sometimes several times per summer), but this year......there will be zero trips :( boo. :( :( :(

Calderone boat cruise on Thursday afternoon

Sandy Duperval @ Fly on Thursday night (probably the best option of the weekend, IMHO)

possibly Grapefruit @ Fly on Friday night.

wander around the stages and beer gardens on Saturday and Sunday afternoon/evening.

debating between the big party @ Docks on Saturday (better venue) or Revival @ Guv on Sunday (mainly because Honey Dijon is playing SkyBar)...probably Revival.

HUH?!?!?!?!

mmmhmmm...so I've been told, anyway.

3 rooms (Guv, Drink and SkyBar) are open. Since Rauhofer always headlines the main room for Revival, with Riker presumably opening, Skybar does make sense for Honey :)

That I agree with... When I went back to Czechoslovakia in 1990, there was a huge explosion in popularity of foreign music that was banned for decades.

I recall that even in the US in some states... her song "She Bop" was banned because its reference to female masturbation.
