no last year parties were a week apart dude :) this year thanks to g20 pride was a weekend later, coinciding with Canada day weekend (I think?)

G20 aside, pride is always the last week/end in June.

all i can say is WTF Misstress Barbara? my ears are still traumatized from listening to that .

Cindy Lauper doing a blues set was another WTF.

Jelo and Deko ze killed it last night, but not letting the crowd in the south stage for 1 hour was really stupid.

does pride really have to be same ing weekend as Canada Day? it makes it impossible for me to do anything :(

I heard Pride was epic (as usual)

I concur. After being hungover for the 4th time I failed to stay for the Sunday festivities... Ah well.. next year won't be the case.

actually with every year, I am seeing more and more straight people out at pride. And why not...it is really about having pride in yourself and not being scared to be who you want to be is it not?

Love it...still my fav weekend of the year.

Definitely. Pride is not JUST about being gay/lesbian/bi/transgender etc....it's a celebration that everyone can join in.

There's actually some really good vendors out there too. I took a pamphlet for rainbow toastmasters and I think I'm going to go to the open house next week.
