So C&C didn't play Skybar which is kind of too bad. But instead they played an extended set (12:30 to 7:30 or something) of mostly awesomeness. Last couple hours were really good. When they closed the club just before 7:30 main room was FULL.
They seemed to be loving it even more than the crowd. Very fun night to be at guv.
So I really can't complain.
Manzone & Strong closed out Skybar very nicely in C&C's absence.
And I got to meet Jayx1. |

| Sucks about Skybar, but I kind of figured that with the rain all day. They would have been good up there. Definitely plus for the extended set though. Love C&C. |

| They started quite earlier then expected which was nice. Seen them at this is London, but in the Guv they were oh so much better!!! These guys never disappoint. All I got to say is bring them back ASAP!!!! A nice daytime party with them would be :eyespop: :crazy: |

Honestly WOW!! that was one of the best set's i've heard at guv in a long long long time! everything was on point, mixing,flow,track selection & crowd interaction. I am kind of glad that they didn't go on skybar because what they did in the last bit just was out of control.
I always notice one thing about djs at guv, i hear a lot of their sets from other places around the world but when they come to guv they seem to play harder than normal... maybe thats just me. |

The first 2-3 hours were ridiculous. Just giving it to us HARD! Around 4-5 it started to cool down for a bit I felt and was too tired to stay, but damn now I regret missing the end!
Need them back ASAP. Oh and totally agree with the above poster. Unless they dj's are a joke like steve angello and play the exact same thing every gig, C+C's more recent sets I heard were nothing compared to the level last night. |

Got there at like 2:30. I was surprised to see the Guv packed as well until the morning. More ladies than usual too ahah. I was waiting on the Skybar for C and C to come on but to no avail, but Manzone and Strong did their thing well. It was a really good vibe last night. There was more 'mainstream' type of heads out rather than the sketchbags but it wouldn't be Guv without em.
Also I always wonder why Guv doesn't utilize the lights hanging overhead in the centre of the mainroom as often as they should. Maybe they know those lighting effects are crazy and don't want to play it out? |

the red pinspots? i used them alot last night. However if kept on too long it does a good job at recreating a supermarket or a shopping mall rather than a club LOL!! |
