Lynch loathes Holywood, and is pretty blatant about it, as seen in Mulholland Drive and Inland Empire.

I heard Falling by Julee Cruz (from Twin Peaks) on the radio last night and I'm not gonna lie, I got a little misty. I like other works of Badalamenti's, but mostly because of the association with Lynch's works. I should check out more of his work I guess.

He did the score for City of Lost Children, too - that is maybe my favourite work of his.

the element of sound has always been a key feature in any lynch movie, with lynch often stating that the factor of sound is 50 percent of each of his films.

I always thought "Wild Palms" by Oliver Stone was pretty Lynch-esque. In fact it probably got me into the Lynch-Style of flicks...
