Smartlife make some pretty alright hot dog and deli slice (bologna and turkey flavored) analogs. Tofukry also have slices.
I guess a salad with some almonds would go on the side. Maybe some blueberries and raspberries for desert too. |

Cheese and salad sandwiches are awesome. Heaps of different cheeses to choose from too, and different types of bread.
Or, like someone was saying, get some of the vegie-meats like tofurkey or whatever, and make sammiches with that/cheese/salad.
