Even on Lack of a Better Name there are some techno-ish tracks, like "Soma" and "Word Problems". Even when he played at Terminal 5 he threw in some techno tracks into the mix.
I give him credit and enjoy his music in small doses but that show does not appeal to me at all.

Check out his UNHOOKED album/LP, it's got some really legit techno. Of course all his "superfans" probably never heard of it, but it's really up to par with the level of skill/potential we all know he's capable of. It's the other garbage he puts out that I can definitely do without. Like you said, it's what made him famous, so he gives the people what they want unfortunately. |

I've seen you post this a couple times, but I don't think he has an album or EP called unhooked. He has a line of albums called At Play which are really just compilation albums of some of his tracks that didn't get released. Theres three of those.
Maybe it was an unhooked live set or something you were talking about? Either way, you were right about the main point...he does have talent and he does have some good techno tracks. |

I never seen him but im going to check him out that sat night. But that picture was from the VMAs .. I mean he was just standing up there for most of the show ... nothin wrong with a little solitaire |

he posted that picture on his fb fan page, it's what he did during commercial breaks, not really a secret. there are plenty of other reasons to drink your hatorade. :) |
