damn, I love me a woman in a dirndl.
Never been to Munich; however, Kitchener-Waterloo has the 2nd largest Oktoberfest, which I've been to many times (given I've lived there for 47 years). Believe it or not, getting faced and eating an irresponsible amount of schnitzel gets old after a while... even if Walter Ostenek is playing. |

I was in that exact building at Oktoberfest 2008, me vertically that is not something I'm going to forget. One of the wildest experiences ever.
The only negative about it is the huuuuge lines for the toilets :D |

| I don't know the name of it, I just remember what the inside looked like. There are lots of outdoor-seats as well, if the weather is good. Definitely going back there in the future. |

| probably Hoffbrauhaus. i've been to Munich twice, but it was in July both times. but it was still awesome. the biergartens are so much better than american bars. |

| Went last year... retaaaaaaaarded. Get there early (like 10am) or you get no indoor seats.. had to sit outdoors which was no problem seeing as it was like 25 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. Also, pork knuckle >>>> ALL |

| I did plan on doing Oktoberfest this year, but I traded it for a trip to New York in December. I'm still not sure if I made the right decision. |
