I hear up to the 6th, but just barely.
I probably went clubbing 40/50 times without earplugs and had ringing in my ears the next day. But for the last year or so I've worn earplugs every time I go out and will continue to do so. |

| 22k without problems too. I hear like a particularly high pitched door bell but i had to turn up the volume of my laptop a bit to hear it clearly. Btw on fl studio the eq only reach to 10k so i feel that i'm wasting my good ear while it's working  |

| On my AKG K 99 headphones, I only hear the first 3 tones but on my Bose speakers (they're computer speakers) I can hear all of them perfectly. |

After 17khz it seems like a hard cut for me (I know there isn't one but still :p). 17khz was still quite audible.
I remember the times when I was 20 or so and I could still hear 20Khz. |
on headphone I can hear up to 19khz. What a relief. I was actually getting a bit worries about this... |

Possibly an issue with your audio equipment.
Throw them in a frequency analyzer if you want: the only frequencies in there are 21 and 22 kHz. |

maybe the sounds where at 192kHz sample rate and you played them back at 44,1. that would reduce it by 4.3X or something leaving the sounds at around 5kHz. i couldnt hear . |

Can't bother to try with my headphones, but my more casual speakers say they can only do up to ~20 khz so it's propably them.
Somewhat related to the topic; why do my headphones say they can play sounds up to 28 kHz? What's the purpose? Just curious. |

No purpose the same as subs that play below 20khz, no human can hear them but exist. It's more a physicall stimulus, vibration you can feel but can't hear and process. |
