Yeah if this was any other night I would have done a different set completely focused on the idea of opening, since I knew Ruby was going to do their theatrical long post countdown celebration that pretty much is a reset button for the night relevant to the idea it was obvious people were there for a long ride.
This was the multiple aspects I was focusing on in my set:
- Part of the vibe in my set was influenced by Spundae fans favorites tracks of 2010. I definitely wanted to include different elements and preferences.
- I wanted the year to end with trance and the new year to begin with trance, also relevant to that I was aiming to end the year with a big bang; but not too overwhelming to the point where it could have affected the direction of the night.
- The opening focus was really more so the BPM. I started off at around 90 and ended it at 130

Overall I was very happy with how the opening 4 hours played out. |

I wouldn't be surprised if he cuts out some new Dakota tracks from the broadcast like be did for the Miami space episode |

Nutty insane awesome set. Super dark and nasty all night. You should have seen how much steak I ate. At least a few cows worth. Oh and Markus was good too. ;)
