I thought his Oct 28 GDJB was amazing. His SF set DESTROYED it. Absolutely, positively destroyed it. And I have no complaints. I haven't been so "impressed" with a set from him in person like it since maybe even the very time I head him live over in Oakland way back in 2003. Gawd, as ty as the sound was that night at the dump of a bar and how 3/4ths broken the mixer was, the set was so good. Cannot believe he flew out to play at a birthday party that night, for free, just to be nice, lol. At a birthday party...a 21st birthday party for someone...someone who had to pull over his car and puke outside it while driving Markus back to the airport the next morning. lolz. Peep(s) just had to pay for his flight/hotel. Yeah, he's like that (or was, too busy to do that type of stuff now if he wanted). It was awesome. |

| that's an awesome story, definitely an experience to remember haha. this past weekend was my birthday weekend and just hearing markus play somewhat nearby home was good enough for me. anyhow, imo markus seems to be hyper aware of his fans and i for one appreciate it. |

| i really hope he cuts pcs of the set instead of just playing the first 2 hours - in person the progression was perfect, but that's because we heard the entire 5.5 hrs, but i know a lot of people will complain on the markus forums since he played a lot of similar songs the first 2 hrs. |
