It's funny, though.
A quarter bar is half a mg. A blue one is one mg. I never felt any effect from anything less than one mg and I was taking one bar, two mgs, two or three times a day, at my high point.
The threshold for when it s with you is at a different place for everyone, but I think it really, really s with everyone once they hit it :p
I still have like 30 or 40 bars, somewhere. But I've gone a year and a half without taking one now, and I think it's for the best. |

| xanax is the worst drug when u drink on it or period actually..it gives u terrible mood swings,u dont reason,your mind state is f**k everbody n everythng..A lot of alcohol n zannies could lead u to LIFE in jail..and ya wake up the next day not knowing what u did..until u have been charged wit totalling your car and killing a innocent family.i was addicted to them..i ended up getting arrested,getting my ass kicked(u cant fight on that s**t),block yourself by saying idiotic things to girls.the list goes on..f**k that drug..forreal..bad news bears.. |

| I'm assuming xanax is more potent than lorazepam? I took 2 lorazepam on the day of my second dental surgery. I just felt stoned X 500. Extremely chilled out, slow reaction time, very observant (I was noticing things I had never noticed before)... it was weird. |

Originally I was put on it by several doctors who thought it would help me with a number of different symptoms. Then I kept taking it because I was addicted and couldn't stop.
I'm very, very happy to be off of it and definitely don't recommend people taking it unless under close supervision of a doctor or a low dose very rarely. |
