| Man oh man am I glad I got in for free that night. Inside in the smoking patio, there were dumbasses trying to jump over the wall into the Avalon. And that line outside, absurd. |

Fire Marshals stopped by last night. Didn't go in but made there presence known. At that point, Avalon was at capacity. They decided to play it safe and shut the doors down. Even if people were leaving, people were NOT allowed to come in (purchase tickets, re-entry, guest list, big breasted bimbos, blah blah). The box office was closed for a good 2-3 hours. They reopened doors after 4AM after several hundred people had already left.
They just decided to play it safe. |

Fire Marshall's can due whatever they want. If they think something is over crowded, unsafe they can shut it down. No one can stop them unless maybe with some $$$$.
To answer your previous question. The city is acting weird because LA and the state are poor, and are looking for even the smallest thing wrong so they can fine you. |

Colony Halloween night as well...I was in Vegas but my friends had just purchased a bunch of bottles for one of their birthdays...they were bitching about no refund...I let them know they have a case. ;) |

Actually I saw 3 fire marshals in the front area by coat check. |

Yep and Drai's got hit a couple weeks ago too, i don't remember what night of the week. I was told the fire marshall ALMOST shut avalon down again on saturday, that was about 2am. I could tell it wasn't insanely erick morillo packed. |
