talked to brian today and he said he need to talk to want tickets and for me to send him a follow-up email on friday ... i bought them when they first went on sale and recieved them probably 4 days later! This has been going on for like two weeks now, trying to get these tickets returned or upgraded and noone will give me a straight answer. I go from person to person to voicemail and no1 retunrs my message. Ali Khan responded to an e-mail today finally but just told me to e-mail [email protected]. Maybe you can help me out!!
All i want to do is take these two tickets i have and upgrade them for VIP Side Stage tickets.... but selling them and buying the VIP tickets from want seems like my only option |

i know someone who has hard tickets as well, ordered off wantickets
how about instead of scolding your customers and saying they lie, answer questions people have sent you. Check your PM's on tranceaddict or e-mail [email protected] . If you cannot answer my questions then please respond saying so. |

| I actually finally got an email from wantickets yesterday and they are letting me return the tickets to them. She gave me an address to send them to and then i will recieve a refund once she gets them. It took them two weeks though to give me a straight answer. Horrible serivice!!! I guess area events should stick to Bam Margera Harrahs pool instead of NYE Events in NYC!!! |

Make sure you send them with tracking or delivery confirmation. |
