im curious on this too???

is vip really worth it there? I hate not knowing the layout of clubs!!!

also how should i dress....

Normally i like to literally be on the dance floor all night so i dress pretty casual with a nice top jeans and sneaks so that nothing gets in my way! but will that fly here???

i plan on getting on the plane and going straight to the club pretty much (the BF has to be back to nyc to work at 11am HAHAHAHHAHHA)

yea basically. ga you just get into the club and vip you get a table with bottle service. i dont think the layout of the terrace has changed so it should be dj booth in the middle, bar on each side along the wall, then the vip is located on both the left and right side for the length of the terrace and the entire middle is the dancefloor with another bar behind the dancefloor (so where your back would be facing when you're looking at markus spin). i dunno if that made much sense or not. and maybe its been changed a little since the renovations but i dont think much got done to the terrace. lemme actually draw up a mspaint map of the terrace/loft. :p

honestly dress however you want. just dont come totally bummed out and you'll be okay. so your top/jeans/sneaks (as long as they dont still have the mud from your morning job) is perfectly fine.

this is crude as and defiantly not to scale but i dont have autocad installed here so this is the best i can do in 5 mins.

this probably isnt 100% correct as i havent been to space since april, so i havent seen whats changed since the renovations but i have a feeling most of this is still probably right. maybe someone can fill us in on whats wrong. but it does give the general idea.

now to explain, the black is the terrace and the grey is the loft. if the show turns out to be huge the loft may be playing markus (i think this will be the case) in which case you can be in there and not miss anything. the dj booth in the loft would be empty in that case. there are shutters (that may be down at the beginning of the night) between the terrace and the loft but once they are open you will be able to see the terrace from the loft.

so anyway, hope this helps. and please, feel free to laugh at the mspaint schematic of space. :p

edit: ha pat, i was about to draw a map in MS paint

In the old days of space when they were more picky about the door, I would always wear a tshirt from the DJ I was going to see to ensure comfort. This guy had it all figured out

i forgot two more boxes in the loft, but oh well. :p

also for those that dont know, the only place you'll be able to sit down is on the boxes which are usually pretty packed. this is why i suggest we take over the middle box on the terrace and try to get our group picture there.

So are we meeting up in the dj booth or what?
