He played in Miami twice after Conference this year, Set and I believe Mansion I can't remember Set was $20 if I remember correctly and Mansion was guestlist.
I'm just saying $80 bucks is ridiculous. Last year the party was $60 and the lineup was better IMO. This year not so much. Umek has been guestlist down here this year, Mansion might of been presales for $20 but think it went back to guest list, PAT will know on that. Everyone person on that lineup is guest list down here and for the most part pretty cheap.
So you're gonna pay $80 to be at a venue with ty ass sound throughout and one that doesn't have AC on the inside.
Cheap in my opinion is a Pool Party with Martin Buttrich, Reboot, Loco Dice and Luciano for $40 at great venue with great sound. But to each their own. Just saying you could probably save some coin and see Antoine and Richard at different venues with better lineups for cheaper. More than likely they won't play until the evening.
Or an even cheaper daytime party the Beatport Beach Party with a way better lineup last year was Zabiela, MANDY, Funkagenda, Mark Knight, Kim Fai and a couple of others and that was FREE.
I'm just saying you should check your other options for that day as more than likely there will be a better party for cheaper. |

i agree 100%. I went to Juicy beach in 2009 for my first time @ nikki beach. HUGE line, so many hot girls , but the worst sound system EVER. It made no sense whatsoever. Maybe 2 powered speakers and thats it, not even a single subwoofer with bass. Only lasted 2hours before i left, waste of 80bucks.
i wouldn't go to Nikki Beach again even if were free. |

i had the same experience, i even stood under the speaker and still the sound was poor, this year, luciano pool party at the shelbourne if they do it in Ultra week |

Nice one!! Thanks for putting this thread together everybody. I'll be keeping an eye out and hopefully contributing as well.
It'll be second 'WMC' ... Coming down for the last week of March with 4-5 friends. |

also i ran into roger sanchez before his gig here in dubai and he told me that he is all booked for end of march.
its clear now that the date change will not effect things, it will make also accommodation cheaper. |

is anyone going to put together an offical wmc forum this year w/ maps, bus routes, places to eat, etc. like the past few years? thats always helpful for ppl not fimiliar w/ wmc and miami in general.
the wmc thread on TA is always hands down the best. :toocool: |
