im sorry to say... but are you sure that place is legit on 12th and collins? i mean i may be wrong, and i hope i am, but ive just NEVER seen a place like that on the beach.
just make sure you're not getting ed over is all im saying...
edit: and listen.. i live 2 blocks away from 12th and collins.. pm the address and i'll go and take pics myself. it just doesnt look right at all. |

We scouted villas all over SoBe and never saw that listing, my alarm bells went off immediately when i saw that. Please, take PatMcGroins offer up and let him scout the place for you.
We ended up renting a villa from 45th street after we run several background checks - which i recommend before doing any reservations. |

Thanks for the concern but I booked with the same guys last year (sunspotmiami.com) and they were great! (I was at a condo at the shelborne last year)
