Made a lot of changes

Discoslut Remix by Dirtbox Divas
Mad for Brad
what is with you and male vocals, Your really like to pile on the gay in your tracks. Your hihats are clashing with the overall triplet feel you are trying to achieve. you basically have no groove going on. A sloppy bass sound and awful vocals. Quite horrid.
Mise
left some SC,
Cheers!

Dirtbox Divas are a camp metro sexual she/he outfit, dripping with sexual ambiguity.

The hats were made deliberately loosely to embelish the sense of sleaze and add a little organic less robotic feel. I will re-look at them though.
The vocals will deffo not be changed although we might do some glich here n there.
The bass I think needs a bit more grit with a better distortion send and some cutting up here n there.

The Divas thankyou for your feedback.

MISE > Cheers for the feedback - there is no break yet!

'tis really not my thing, chap. Having said that, I did enjoy some of the big room synth-work you got going!

Have you tried giving the vocals at 2.37 their own room? I'd imagine that if you removed the "dirty, filthy, nasty" at this part it'd sound pretty cool with the other vocals up front. More of a transistion into them would have a greater impact IMO.

Well done, guys.

Cheers bro

Yes I had thought about dropping the spoken vocals there and also other tricks like letting the spoken words solo here n there to add main room impact.

Lots of work to do.
I knew it would not be your thang, but really appreciate the input.
We are whores for sure!

LOL :p

Come on...really?

I do agree with M4B on the vocals, as they aren't my kind of fancy, but I love the creativity in your synths. Please do keep working on it. I'll keep a look out for the finished product. :)
Mise
I dont like vocals too. But the sound is great.
The drums are very well placed it the mix, elements stand out with space.
Excellent work!

1.10 this sound very good. Vocals are cheesy imo.

may I ask how old are you? disco gen??

Eureka!

I've just had the idea for the break and hope you'll all sh1t your pants with it - it will be just the spoken vocal, but gradually more and more vocals repeating the words until it becommes like a devil worshiping chanting crowd 'dirty nasty flithy slut'

Muwhahahaha

mmmmm wonder what the neighbours will think

Mise I'm a little bit oldish.
Ankratis thanks for the synth work comment. Thing is I want to keep things clean and simple and hope less in more, we'll see.

Thanks for the feedback all, I'll update it with the break and your suggestions thus far

PS - the vocals are deliberately slutty and camp and lame
Mise
loll go for it!

EddieZilker

Kind of reminds me of this tune.

I liked it. Not really any techy feedback I can give it.
Mise
what a bass!
