If you guys are at old Miami During the monday, or by that area try
Honest Johns (Amazing breakfast, as well as a variety of vegetarian options, located around the corner from Old Miami, also open on Memorial day, but if you go on memorial day be prepared to wait, unless you get there early. This is the only place open within like a 5 Mile Radius besides like, Coney's.
And of course:
Lafayette Coney Island is a must, if you don't know already, then you need to learn!

Edit: OUCH! The DoubleTree is insanely expensive this year. $199 per night and last year I booked later than now. I made a reservation, but I'm going to probably pull it. I need a place with a lower price point. |

The Courtyard is $169/night for a double room, I think. I booked a suite there for $199/night. |

What Shaw said. The Doubletree was ok (went there to hang out with some ppl last year), but we had to go back to my hotel for the pool... Which is a big plus to me.
The Courtyard has a pool and free internet and it's right across the street from the festival entrance.
I'm not a fan of the RenCen. It's a bit of a bitch especially if you're ed up, it's huge and you can get lost in the place (happened to me as well). |

I loved the DoubleTree last year and got a suite for $149 per night.
But I love my money more so I booked a room at the Stay Inn for $67 per night. The place is probably a dump, but it's really close to the festival. And it has free Wifi in the rooms. Score.
