To put things into perspective, Simon Patterson played a gig in Rochester, NY at a club with a capacity of MAYBE 200 and made $7,000 for a 2 hr set. I'm sure the SHM guys with both their success as that group and individually pull in well over a million every year.

I said that was the capacity :p I doubt there were 100 people there. He put on a hell of a show though.
About how much he got paid, that's just what it cost the promotion company to get him there. The tickets were $20 each so I guess the promoters were taking a hit on that trying to get bigger names than Mark Oliver to come here.

Agree but its still probably not as bad as the villalobos documentary where in the trailer we get to watch ricardo sample records and smoke cigarettes. Did that thing ever come out officially?
