Yeh even though I was into exercise even in highschool I never really learned how to channel it the right way till I went away.
I didn't socialize with many whites or blacks as I found most people in prison were just scummy in general. And because I had no real outlets I would sometimes work out 3 hours a day. It wasn't till I got out though that I was able to make the final tweaks to my diet and get some good reading material about nutrition. As well as taking a couple nutrition classes in college.
I think when it comes to staying in shape its about 70% diet and 30% working out. You can slave in the gym, have an awful diet and never see any results. Or you can slack at the gym, have a perfect diet, and still make some worthy changes to your physique.
So I guess I didn't really "learn" it I just got a lot more focused at that point of my life. |

The reason I'm not racist, is unlike you you, I grew up in london, where different races integrate and you were just as likely if not more to get beaten up or jacked by an irish pikey or white trash council estate kid as you were a black guy. My school was a mix of all races and I would say 40% of the people in my classes at school where white English.
How many black friends do you have? How many black people do you bsuiness with?
none, so how the do you know? The sum total of your experience of black people is what other people have told you and those you met inside. Well I bet all the white guys inside were just dandy.
If I walk through a bad area I don't give a what color lives there - it's not like white criminals give white people a break and only jack the black people.

Isn't it funny? Black people may steal your watch or your car and winds up in jail. A white men may steal your house/mortage and lives, yet they get bonuses in the range of 100 million from your taxpayers money on top of that.
Using American jail statistics to justify one race being more criminal then an other is very short sighted. White people have commited the biggest crimes known to men ( Hitler, Iraq, Nuclear bombing of Japan, the extermination of native american indians, slavery, kililng of muslims during the holy crusades, conflict in Israel which still goes on till this day, and so on .... ).

WHY so many blacks end up in jail has about .001% to do with racial profiling. There are more laws in place now to work in their favor than for whites, so don't give me that .

As far as unemployment, which we'll just call joblessness here. How does a "lack of opportunity" or money for that matter impact blacks not having jobs? The reason so many of them don't work is so many of them never graduate highschool. They never TOOK that opportunity, so drop the opportunity argument.
Money has to do with it. More blacks in the same socioeconomic brackets are on welfare than whites. More blacks drop out of school. More blacks merely DON'T WORK it doesn't get much simpler than that. They sell drugs and blame the white man, go to jail and blame the white man, get released, have programs and opportunities available to them and still go and sell drugs/rob then blame the white man.
I also don't care about the 10-1 outnumbering of white to black cops. That’s a ing load of crap. If I caught my charge in Newark, NJ, as opposed to a white middle class town, my charges would have also been MUCH less severe. That’s because there is so much crime in black neighborhoods, that judges need to be more lenient. This winds up working out for blacks in the long run as well as whites. Commit a crime in a white neighborhood and you're ed. Do it in your hometown around your own people and we'll be a bit easier on you, well we have to because you leave us no real choice.

If you really think criminal profiling is the reason so many blacks are in jail, you don't seem to understand how the legal system actually works. Yes and THAT is why you aren't racist. You lived in an area where blacks don't act in a manner that’s considered "typical". Same in Canada like I said. And trust me if I lived there I'd be a lot less worried about walking through black neighborhoods (if they even have them in Canada). But in the US that is not the case. Lots of them are strapped, lots have criminal records, and lots of them like to parade in the streets rapping and not giving 2 s about any cars on the road. Much like the Lebanese love disrespecting Australian culture because their own home country is ed and rather than do something about it they travel somewhere else and bitch about the countries laws/customs. Well I actually thought it was that people genuinely had a hard time understanding me, which is why I explained myself.
I definitely can't say I understand myself 100% either. I mean I'm always trying to change, adapt or evolve in someway in life sometimes it happens in good ways other times not so good.
It seems if anything like YOU understand me at least better than you use to. And then people like DJ Rann or M4B just like to assume I'm naive which confuses me. I've been through more and seen more than a large majority of guys my age and I think if anything my outlook is a bit more seasoned than the avg person.
I also generally don't handle pretentious attitudes well and it seems like any time its me or DJ Rann/M4B in a thread SOMETHING has to be said by either one of them to assert how important they think they are or how right their position is and how wrong mine is. I think it originally started mainly due to my experience in music which is limited, and it seems like over the years they're always trying to push my limited skills in music to other areas in life.
I don't care enough about music to have a career in it and I think to some extent that bothers them. Like they just expect to be admired because of their lifestyle choices and see me as an outsider or what have you idrk. But the thing is the reason I've been on this forum as long as I have is because of how much I ing love music. Like I don't care about it in a way where I would ever feel a desire to wanna make a living out of it, but I still love music to the point where I feel I deserve the same amount of respect either one of them do.
And in that regard they should stop the condescending bs immediately. But because they always need to feel more qualified not just in music but life in general, I doubt these issues will ever go away. Accept me for a flawed music loving human being, or don't accept me at all. And right now its clear they're both engaging that latter. Because they wouldn't correct me over meaningless like how to use the word "melody" properly, nor make references in kysoras threads about how hes like me just because we both use Fl and aren't ing perfect of all things.
It does actually piss me off. I mean I take to it like a joke but for DJ Rann to insinuate that ky can't make a thread and ask a question because its too simple, or a "user error" (wtf isn't a user error?) thats preposterous and pisses me off. Its also not joking because thats nothing you joke about to another person. He was trying to deman kysora mainly for not being perfect, and thats part of the reason that even though I like DJ Rann I will never respect him fully as a person.
Its really a lot more I think then just understanding each other lol. I see lots of on this forum I don't like and I think it just comes out at the wrong times in the wrong ways. |
