in xmen three how come they didn't just toss the kid at phoenix instead of wolverine? it would have sapped her powers and saved jean gray instead they threw wolverine and killed her. why?

Prolly cause didn't Wolverine love her?? If he did they did it for the sorrow factor that he had to killthe woman he loved.
If i got this wronmg then i don't know, maybe because he would heal amd live and the other dude might have died, Ok..I am out of ideas now. |

Wolverine was the only one that she wouldn't kill, because she loved him. He was the only one who could kill her because he's the only one she would let kill her.
Also, I was mocking the Marcellus Wallace's soul idea. WTF does a soul even look like anyways? |

but all mutant powers were nutralized around the kid so she would have no way to kill him...other than the normal way a mom might kill a child. but the phoenix would be gone essentially. |

Right, but that was only while the kid was near. So yeah I guess they could have done that and then given her that shot that takes away her mutant powers, but the mutants seemed pretty anti-mutant vaccine in the movie didn't they? |
