Like I told teksupport, which they wanted me to remove my posts, but I really hope they took my advice and shoot for a plan B.

An educated analysis is the one everyone is making. They owe $5M on the mortgage, they haven't paid and the building is up for auction on March 10th. Any smart person would move their events elsewhere and not take the risk.

well, all i can say is I am just a person who travels to parties from North Carolina so I have no stake in this "gang up against nocturnal" conspiracy.
What I do know is that there is a legal document that says the place will be sold on the Auction block March 10th and 5mil plus is owed.
Until I see proof that says otherwise, I am going to go with the legal document. All of these post from promoters or nocturnal that say things like "wait and see" or "you dont know the facts", they dont mean crap to me and anyone who buys a ticket to those events should understand the risk of dealing with people who are not 100% up front from the beginning.
Either show a legal document that says it will be open or really there is nothing else to say. I posted a court docket, what do you have?

| i think promoters are just trying to sweep this under the rug. its an issue they dont want to deal with. and its probably not their place to come out and say how nocturnal will be open, that should be nocturnals job but in this instance its really going to hurt any party being thrown there if they dont. no one wants anything to do with that place. its been like that for awhile and especially now with this. im not gonna waste my time with this place and a lot of potential customers feel the same way. basically the whole sweeping this issue under the rug just isnt going to fly. when you guys have an empty dance floor (if you're even allowed to be open) please dont wonder why. |
