even if you guys are, are you too naive to realize that this entire situation is not good for anyone whos throwing a party there. first of all no one wants to go there anyway because quite frankly the place sucks. in every ing way possible. on top of that the few people that might want to go there may just may be detoured by all this negative press. i mean its not like nocturnal or volume is the only venue throwing parties that week. |

Things are changing for the better Pat, watch and see.
Oh and for the record we are not doing anything during WMC at the venue. |

Thank you mate, I am not at liberty to say what exactly will happen with that location but what I can say things will be much improved there shortly. Please keep a open mind as your opinion is worth something to us. :) |

Actually I do have a ing clue. I read the 11 page docket stating Nocturnal owes $5M + and will be auctioned off on the 10th.
You keep believing the lines of bull they keep feeding you over there. I would definitely trust everyone word that comes out of their mouths since they show so much business ethics :D Keep listening to the words that came from the people who borrowed millions of dollars and never paid it back. Who has been on and off of no sale lists. Who was caught pouring cheap liquor in Grey Goose bottles. Who charge you different prices for the same drink and finally keep listening to them when the venue charged girls for toilet paper. Yea they are definitely trust worthy.
It will only be so long before hits the fan over there.
That is the actual ing situation. Knowing Nocturnal they will pull some scummy move and manage to stay open for a couple months.
Hey and since its a cash business and if they can stay open for WMC/UMF they will pocket all that money because they obviously haven't or won't pay back.
What's funny is you're gonna try and start throwing parties there again after your last attempt failed. Good luck with that hole. |

Things are changing for the better again, just like you said a couple months back. Awesome they added some big ass ty TV screen, that looked horrible.
Why can't you say what they're doing? I already know what they're doing since they already told people.
Here's what they're doing
As of right now we have redone the second floor bathrooms, the glass room has been almost completed, including paint and decor, new floor, new lights and sound system, new furniture and the old elevated VIP has been taken out.
Next up is the main room.
Opening Date hasn't been announced yet, we have a tentative date, but nothing concrete.
Awesome! Dump some new sucker investors money into a venue that will eventually be foreclosed on. |

You can't deny they aren't being foreclosed on. IT'S PUBLIC RECORDS and there are documents to prove it.

Explain how that is unclassy.
I stated the truth. Did you throw parties there? Yes you did. Did they work out for you? No they didn't and you admitted you had no support for the parties. Is Nocturnal a hole? Yes it is.
Again how is that not classy? It's speaking the truth. Did I ever insult you or call you a ing retard? No I didn't. I respect that you throw events and try to grow the scene but once again I was looking out for promoters throwing parties, because there are official documents showing the situation and you guys want to go and get your panties in a bunch.
The only way they get out of this is if they pay the $5M plus on the property. So if they got some sucker with deep pockets to pay $5M+ on a building that's market value is around $850,000 good for them. I feel sorry for the retard who did it.
So now you can tell me who I can and can't address on a forum? It's a public forum and we're having a discussion where you continually keep saying they are not in foreclosure when there are public documents to prove.
I'll address you whenever I want and how I want too. Until you show us documents that prove us wrong, the building is in foreclosure. |

It's already been foreclosed on. This is why it's going to auction on March 10th if the $5.2mill isn't paid by then.
EDIT: Or if some loophole isn't exploited by March 10th. And it does sound like there will be a shady move made by the ownership, and it will postpone the sale/auction date. |
