Being sold March 10th on the auction block. Not that I was ever interested in going there. I dont see any tickets for sale but just make sure you dont buy any if you do see them.

you know if someone with a brain bought that place they could actually make it pretty decent. the setup has always just been retarded. lets hope someone intelligent gets their hands on this property.

The thing is if anybody buys that place at the time being which is over $5M, is a ing retard. The market value of the building is around $850,000. No smart investor will come in and buy a building that is seriously below what is owed on the mortgage.

As for it going to Volume, I have no idea how that is happening since the mortgage has not been paid. Unless they seriously got some dumb with big bucks to come in and pay that $5M. All the people I know with money like that are no where near stupid enough to hop on an investment like that.

Nocturnal can go on pretending is all fine and dandy but one day the lies will catch up to them.

This isn't the first time the building was supposed to go up for auction. It was supposed to happen a couple months back but they managed to postpone it through a loophole. Let's not forget that Nocturnal is on and off of no sale lists and they were caught pouring cheap liquor in good bottles.

What's funny is I posted this in another thread and also mentioned this a couple months back, to warn the promoters that do business there because you never know what is going to happen. What really pisses me off, looking out for a promoter doing a massive party with a solid lineup, tells me to take down my post. Why? Are you worried about ticket sales now? If you are you should be. People want to party in a venue that at least looks out for their customers, not a place that charges girls for toliet paper, charges all different prices for the same drinks and scams their customers out of good liquor. Not to mention they have the worst reputation in Miami. that.

I'm keeping it real and speaking the truth, trying to look out for you event. Do the same so you don't disappoint your customers if this goes down on the 10th.

And still Nocturnal says this is just "RUMOR MILL". How is it rumor mill when its public documents? Still no good explanation from them, just more dancing around the subject.

If you guys want a laugh check out Nocturnals response to supposed "RUMOR MILL" lol accusations.

at some point though if no one is going to pay the $5 million the bank will have to let it go for less. just look around at the housing crisis and you'll see how it works. so hopefully sometime in the future someone can get that property for cheap (because the bank cant hold onto it forever) and then finally do something good with it.

i for one have no interest in checking out volume even for a second. with that quick of a turnaround theres no way they did anything to that place. what needs to happen is a complete remodeling. put the booth on the main floor on the 1st floor, keep the 2nd floor vip or whatever (kinda how space was before the loft), get rid of the retarded glass room, close off the terrace and move the booth to one end and make the whole damn thing symmetrically. oh and expand all the bathrooms. 2 little stalls is when its a big event. but nope, none of that will ever happen. so lets just stay away then huh?

I understand completely. Definitely won't be anytime soon they let it go. They will try to recoup the majority of their money first.

it really is sad because someone could do something great with that space its just not cost effective. same thats been happening on south beach for years. the old art deco buildings are running down or are already run down and it costs more money to fix them up than it does to tear them down and build new. just sucks cuz you're tearing down something special. not that nocturnal is special or that it could even be torn down because of how that block is setup but the same concept applies. its always all about the money. sucks.

That Dade guy might be my new hero.

And wow, if even some of that stuff he said is true about Nocturnal mgmt, then I can't believe there are still people out there supporting that business.

Dade is one the best guys in the industry. He was the boss at Shadow Lounge and a couple other ventures down here that were successful.

He used to work with Nocturnal when it first started and left for the reasons he stated.

Everything Dade has ever said or posted has been 100% true and I believe every word he says about Nocturnal.

He's a good dude

Neonbeats

Ya, I noticed "pod" said he always speaks the truth, and of course, "Nocturnal" hasn't even tried to deny any of what was said. In fact, I've been reading his/her tone as regrettable those incidents affected Dade, but he needs to move on. Which is of course...ya...basically admittance of guilt.
