no sure but vice versa it does not make it bad!

3 times is really less. i can recommend his legendary 6 or 7 hours sets. where he's playing really all kind of electronic music. you can hear nearly all his new tracks on youtube where you havn't thought, this is PvD. this album will be somehow different to his released past stuff. and i don't wanna hear tpod and his past stuff from over 10 years. i want some new fresh stuff. electronic music has made some evolution. different build ups, basskicks, the arrangenment is different to tracks from 2000 and the 90s. e.g. trance has more electro elements in it now and of course some housy stuff too. it has slowed down from 145 and 140 bpm to under 140 like 138 and 136 etc. and if you hear sets from 98 or 99 (3 hours rosnemontagsrave set and his mayday set) paul has always played not only trance stuff.

I know all of that. I am not saying the tracks have to be the same style as his older stuff in order to be good.

I am saying they need to be at least musically intelligent, full of energy and excitement. Verano does not do that.

House does not suit PvD and vice-versa. He does not / can not, and has yet to prove he can do it well.

i like him playing house stuff, he speeds it up and uses the best parts. plays a lot of swedish hoouse mafia and eric prydz aswell deadmau5, moguai, kaskade which is progressive house. heart him first playing piano before it was getting commercial.

his remixes/edits for Starchaser ft. Steve Edwards - Falling Star (Dub Mix PvD Edit) and Nathalie Makoma - I Won't Forget.

or when he's playing classic house like Sharam - Keep On Moving, The Black Project ft. Franky S. - Off the Wall (Simioli & Black Original Mix) for taking some air or for the beginning Kid Massive & Elliotte Williams N'dure - Thru The Fire (Angel Manuel Mix) (Kid Massive Dub Edit)

Wow that was awful. It says alot about PVD when the latest Rihanna track is more interesting than that dreadful song.

well, i dont think the crowd in the video have the same opinion as you...they went nuts even if this track is completely new for them.
We all know that PvD is a commercial DJ, but the energy he puts on his sets is always amazing...none other dj brings this kind of vibe.

An article about Paul van Dyk Reviewing the Album track by track
and by the album, i meant Out There and Back. no matter what Paul van Dyk does or says, nothing will top this genius piece of work. he will be for the rest of his life unless he tops this.
