Detroit really cleaned up in last few years. Last year i did not run into sketch on the streets.
common sense still applies, especially in detroit. Be low key while walking around at night.
Stick to Courtyard Marriot/RenCen hotels to be right next to the event
Afterparties are a bit all over...cab it, split costs w/ buddies |

Ummmmmmm do any of these codes actually even work? I tried a bunch of them and got nowhere with them for the days I was looking at ... |

I got my $129 Courtyard rate with it. A friend tried some for RenCen and didn't get anywhere though, and ended up booking the AAA rate. |

None of the afterparties really jump out at me yet, except maybe the Dave Clarke party, Old Miami of course, and the boat if it happens, and if Sven is on it.
They really need to pick it up with the after party announcements this year! |
