| Start making jokes and disparaging remarks to her about any fat person you see when out and about. At first it'll slowly but surely sink in that fat people are unacceptable and have no redeeming features. But eventually, and more importantly, the penny will drop and she'll put two and two together. |

Yeah, pretty much agree this is a good way. If she won't join you, tell her how hot the chicks at the gym and on the jogging path are. She'll be following ya like a hawk after that. |
