Oh yeah, that song sucks too.
LOL!!!

Because of him A LOT more people go to shows, follow the scene, and have become fans of it.
I've met plenty of people who would testify to this fact.
As for Guetta, well, he's got the 12 year old crowd going bonkers.
His fan base is actually pretty ing huge. I personal hate his music and everything he stands for, but the guy has crazy support. As far as 12 year olds... I see that, but I'm pretty sure he has those 20-28 year old girls who love clubbing and what not (you know the ones that make his concerts sell out........).
P.S. you have a tiesto tattoo, which ='s a 15/10 on the I HAVE AIDS IN LIFE scale.

He's not making the culture mainstream. That would be Guetta, Afrojack, Chuckie, Deadmau5, Laiback Luke and to some point Swedish House Mafia. Tiesto def has bigger following than most, if not all DJ's in the world, but his music is nowhere near as mainstream as Guetta. He's tried, but hasn't gotten the popularity on the mainstream the others have. I've still yet to hear Tiesto on Maintream radio here in LA.
besides his classics, tiesto and SMH sets are damn near the same

Don't listen to this guy, he is barely a junior TA. nough said. Probably voted Tiesto as top #10 just like the other clones. :P
I also like the way A&B plays better shows than him, though I have never been. That TATW #350 looked better than any Tiesto In Concert I have been to.

To be honest, the two Tiesto events I have been to have been better than any of the A&B shows I've been to (4, other than TATW350).
Needs more this. Anything with the Magikal timeframe works for me. Loved 90s trance.

I'll never understand the hate. i loved old tiesto and i love new tiesto. he really is one of a kind....

Yes, thank you.
Anybody who says "Tiesto never really made trance" doesn't know what they're talking about. Lethal Industry, Traffic, Adagio for Strings? Eh, decent, but give me this over those any day:
Tosh
So it all comes down to semantics and opinions of what trance is...
But to me, just my opinion, is that this isn't really trance...
By saying that, i am strangely kind of defending Tiesto by saying that he hasn't done that much different... His mucis is still not that far from what he did before. He never fit the genre of trance, so why are people made about him not making it much anymore. (Quazar, note the word "much", don't misquote.)
I mean, compare that to other great "trance" tracks of that year and it just doesn't match up
This was the same year
His sound was always different, not house really, not trance so much, almost tech trance but low bpm, there just was electro to be made then, it wasn't a popular genre yet....
Suburban Train (trance) to Speed Rail (not really trance).... Who cares.... I just think his taste in vocals for his last album were worth hating him for. His music isn't too bad... Guessing he changed producers after the way people hated that album.

The past is the past, once he gives us a track to remember again.. I'll give him his props. until then, GO unknown and up coming artists!! keep up the good job.
