while i love this forum and i have met some amazing people, the general notion i get from it is "the music i listen to is better than the one you listen to, because its what i like". which is pretty annoying.
for me, this is where i go to talk/get info/discuss/review shows about anything dance music. idc if its trance, house, minimal or anything. it's supposed to be a community, yet i feel like half the people are more concerned about trolling with their elitist opinion. "the dj i like is pretty unknown and has a few excellent productions so he's definitely better than the guy selling out pacha."
dance music is, in my opinion, supposed to be about having a good time. dancing, partying, singing, jumping, drinking with all your friends. who cares if the song is a beatport top 10 or an unknown track that isn't popular or on the radio so its automatically elite.
and who cares about tiesto. he's having the time of his life being SHM's uncle, it. is it that important to officially classify lethal industry as trance or not? it's a great track and you know damn well we all used to go bonkers when we heard it live. listen, i wanted to puke when i found out busta rhymes was on the "cmon!" remix too. but the guy has the ability to have musical freedom, so more power to him.
lets stop worrying so much about tiesto playing teenage crime in his sets and just keep a good vibe on this forum.
PS - things that don't apply to this and should be trolled include dubstep, david guetta and deadmau5. BAHAHAHA!
(and edit - this isn't intended at anyone. just the feel i've gotten from the last few years) |

Why is this thread still going? Now more than ever we need to come together and realize that anybody who still likes Tiesto either has really bad taste in music or is living in the past. They're probably also gay. Don't forget about them probably being gay.

GUYS! Come on now! There is no need for bickering in this thread. This thread has one purpose and one purpose only. To separate those who like Tiesto (and are most likely gay), and those who don't like Tiesto (and are most likely straight). Now I don't want to get into name calling (Tiesto fags), but this is getting out of hand. We need to pull together and concentrate on what it really means to be a true fan of music in general, and not some fairy boy who makes heart symbols with his hands at Tiesto shows. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that I once read a study that found that 99% of Tiesto fans are either girls or homosexuals. 99%!
