LAdazeNYnights
*play a set of 5 year old prog in a dark room with the only lights strobing occasionally and then activate a wall of lasers as i close with tiesto's mix of silence

*grope every single girl that wandered too close to me in the booth in her attempt to look cool by being on stage

*play z2-i want you and totally draw out the part where the guy is like "oooohhhh yeaaahhh", looping it and stuff....slow it down, lights all the way off in the place...second or two of total silence...BOOM drop that . BOOM lazers. BOOM crazy lights and BOOOOM i blast the cork off a bottle of champagne and it froths all over the crowd :eyespop:

*play this song in like every gig: descent - electric storm (descent unreleased dub).......found it in that 'digweed' set from 2005 and have been totally in love with the track since, wishing i could hear it out somewhere..knowing it won't happen. :tongue2

make sure the crowd knew i was only there to provide them with music, as the music and vibe should be the main attraction and NOT the dj himself. i hate going to trance events solely because the entire crowd faces the DJ and celebrates their every move. you'll often find me in the crowd facing the opposite direction in these cases :p IMO the music makes the night, regardless of who's playing it.

there's a video i think burak posted a long time ago of tiesto playing to a crowd with the lights on, no jesus posing, not even looking up - with the crowd completely vibing out. that's how it should be.

if i was a big dj i wouldn't support upcoming local talent unless they got some real potential. Especially not promoting from my label or return favors back from others. No excuses.

Some one at high end level should only allowed two tracks in every 2 hrs of play time to drop the level of performance. only then they can fill their spot with any music choice

i would take the necessary time needed to select the proper music to be played. not just show up and look at it as a job i have to do.

If I was a dj, I would take people on a journey rather than just play what people wants to hear during live sets.

If I was a dj, i would concentrate on releasing quality tracks, not just for sake of releasing an album.

If I was a dj, I wouldn't spin trance for 10 years then just decide to play all house music and say trance is dead.
