| I caught at least 45 minutes of it streaming yesterday.. I couldn't ID a single track other than Remember Love, but the rest were honestly amazing. I was seriously impressed with what I heard of his set. |

| For the rest of them it looks like playing 5 to 10 of their own productions in their set was the standard. |

for a lot of them it was his first big gig, everyone is looking at ASOT at some moment, time to promote your best stuff, now or never. |

Downloading now, but from the comments so far, this reminds me of his Orange Hours Queensday mix in 2004, where he just came out of nowhere with an incredible set full of tracks that remained as ID's for a long period of time.
By the way, this essentially looks to be the complete tracklisting:
01. Paul Oakenfold - Tokyo
02. Day Din & Alfredo Garcia - Theory of Mind
03. Day Din - A Place to Be Real
04. Gerry Cueto - Message (PvD Rework)
05. Richard Durand - Dryland (Phynn Remix)
06. DJ's United - Remember Love (Unknown Remix)
07. ID
08. Man With No Name - Floor Essence (Unknown Remix)
09. Anton Firtich pres. AF Project – Something Wrong
10. PPK - Resurection vs. Neelix - Ask The Right Questions (Dirtyloud Remix)
11. Neelix - Expect What
12. Normalize - Run (Day Din Remix)
13. Beat Service feat. Emma Lock - Cut And Run
14. Solarstone – Seven Cities (Unknown Remix)
15. DJ Ton TB - Electronic Malfunction |

I'm confused why people are acting as if he's changed trance overnight. Yes it probably was the best set of the night (not saying much), yes there were some really exciting new tracks in there but there was also a lot of questionable stuff; Beat Service, Durand, Firtich... it didn't quite have the Oakey of old magic about it. Plus his Full-on Fluoro mix had that ing OceanLab Metropolis mashup in it.
Interesting times, but trance isn't saved by a long way. |

I agree, but when you see someone like Oakenfold making changes to his style (intentionally or not) and how much of an influence he had on the genre at the start... It makes your heart flutter a bit :p (and I am pretty jaded). |
