whether or not this guy is guilty just as in AJ's case, it goes to show that anything on the net can and will be used against you in a court of law
if it's indeed him who is posting, whether or not he meant what he said, it doesn't exactly help his defense or personal image especially in front of a judge or jury
essentially the guy is already guilty in the court of public opinion. Even if proven innocent, how can someone bounce back in society. the guy might as well leave the country

Traffic increases from the UK as a result of the mail story has been negligible.
I am still trying to get the numbers from China but I suspect it is also insignificant.
It will be interesting to see if the judge slaps a publication ban on the proceedings tomorrow. If that happens, there won't be a lot of new information coming out and tabloid reporters will have to cut and paste existing board posts with their usual creativity to drive the story forward. |
