I'll gladly change it if you present a better alternative, as I don't recall you or anyone else starting a thread of your own regarding the topic.
1. Didn't want to name it anything related to the murder, because it's not about the murder, it's more about the association between the individual accused, and the other site.
2. Didn't want to name the accused or the other site, because I don't know if Del would want the hits related to either.

no doubt, but that's not stopping anyone (nor a jury) from forming an opinion about this person. It's probably why some trials end up becoming mistrials. the defense will surely have anything of the sort removed from the record, but whether the material said was truly him or otherwise, it doesn't exactly help his cause. And the media is having its field day.
if I was the one on trial I'd be cleaning house like crazy. not to mention trying to portray good character by whatever means. tho in his case, it seems a little too late.
