Gary Stewaet who? I don't give a if Jesus designed the sound system here. Stop overdriving that . It sounds like muffled ass down on the floor.

Digger was on point.
It was a Guy J - 1000 Words CD release party (at least last 2 hours were)
Good seeing usual suspects.
Excellent opening by sleepy & boo.

lol yeah def think the layout of the sound system is designed for a bigger room, my ears are killing me. I think it's time for ear plugs, at least just for D36 lol. Loved Digweed's set though. I thought I heard a few older tunes - some from his global underground CDs. Also heard a few tunes from Guy J's new album - 'Personal Haze' and Heliscope' were def in there towards the end.

How long did he play for? and what time did they end up closing out of curiosity.

lol come on bro wtf kinda question is that ha ha ha
i been at work all day and just got home...tired as all in hell
i will give a review now and upload some vids tomarrow or monday
review...
got to the club a lil past 12, very little line, the staff was very very nice and even after the bouncer's searched me they said "ok your good, welcome to district 36 have a good night" yea all around good staff i appreicated that

the club itself imo is kinda over rated from all the hype that surrounded it, i did like the newspaper clippings on the walls about past nyc club events and stories but besides that, the club itself didnt stand out as anything new
the stair's were very narrow and thin, is a fire hazzard waiting to happen reminds me of avalon

the system was deff too much for a room of that size like rory stated, bass overpowered alot of the songs and it was just sooooooo loud, my ears are still ringing

music wise sleepy and boo set the tone up proper, digweed came on and built his set up perfectly by 2:30 he was just in the zoneeee dark, melodic, twisted, techy prog is the best way to describe it. i enjoyed his set alot more than sashas back in march
digweed def made a good impression on me last night really solid set
def looking foward to his next return

crowd wise it was a great crowd, very older and more mature...no gweedo's or cracked out people, very normal and music driven crowd for the most part...a lil too packed but by 4ish it got a lil better and found a nice lil spot and just zoned out to his set

good seeing all the ta's i saw
toronto heads,nyta heads

aidi: yo man just get a room :stongue:

seb: excuse me miss i like your outfit you look like pocahontas...i want to poke your hinney ;)
