i had a great time! Digweed was on spot. i need the track list!! why? because somewhere between 345ish to 430ish i was in a magical bliss. wow i was in a trance. i haven't enjoyed such great music in a club since .. a while.
kinda pissed that i got there around 230. so i missed on the opening act. i wanted to catch them. oh well. being that late also meant i missed the meet up from here! so when i go there i was looking around. ran into rory!! that was cool. but it was too packed so i decided to go to the middle with my date and just enjoy the music. then later on Andrew taped on my shoulder! wasuupp! i got introduced to Seb (sp?) who was taking pics! hopefully next time i can make the meet up.
i was enjoying the music so much until i realize that this was staring at my date for more then 30 mins. i don't know why but i was getting agitated about it. i wanted to walk up and headbutt him on the floor, but i was keeping my cool and not let this douche ruin my night. so i decided to do the smart thing and walk at a different spot. it worked. the douchebag had diapered but i was too intense so i left a round 5. i knew i was going to miss out on one more hour of greatness but i though i was too intense to be there. lol. i was tellign myself to chillax and to looking forward to him on electric zoo.

I had lots of fun :) :) Its so hard for me to get out and last on Fridays since my work schedule has me on crazy Friday hours, but I did my best and it paid off! Great time with Toronto, NYC, Buffalo peeps :) :) Great music, loving the D36 staff (Please dont change!!), and liking the club and crowd (more mature IMO, but I am sure that relates to DJ as much as the club). Didnt notice that the music was too loud: either my ears are shot or standing on the side was the best place to stand! :)
Sleepy & Boo rocked it, and Im convinced I need to see them more.

That night was an absolute blast for me.
Sleepy N Boo def rocked D36 opening up. They got the crowd worked up in the excitement before Digweed.
Digweed was just amazing. Stared off pretty chill but got right into it after the initial intro. The last hour or so was pretty intense.
I think this was the best crowd I have ever seen in NYC club. Everybody was dancing, having fun, smiling, courteous and there for the music. Ratio wasn't bad either. No drama at all. D36 was packed to the walls. This was my second time there and holy ....packed and suana-ish. Staff was pretty chill and nice (besides 1 person) so that was a huge plus.
Great to see the usuals, Andrew, Rory, Kelly, Brad, James + met some new faces aldi, the handle bar mustache (forgive me for forgetting the name).
I had plenty of fun taking pictures. They should be up soon.
Night was an overall great success. Ended up leaving right when they shut the club down.
