word. ben's set was the best i've heard in a longggggggggg time. i wish i didnt have to leave at 8h15 cause i had been up for 24 hours due to work. damn. dope and sick ass night overall!

words can't describe what happened at stereo this morning. needless to say, i felt back in berlin at berghain all over again.

what i appreciate the most is that the people who witnessed his entire set were ing properly schooled. i kept hearing people say how grateful they were to be able to experience his music...they felt they were learning something new.

we all experienced something that stereo has never offered before...ben klock brought something so fresh. i've never ever heard music like that at that club. being a mainly "house" oriented club, i truly believe he gave stereo a face-lift with that set. dubby, deep, linear, proggy techno at its finest.

he really is a master...came in with a huge case of vinyls...nothing makes me happier than to see that these days...his layering, mixing, progression & flow was so spot on. absolutely flawless morning. couldn't have asked for more...

easily one of the best nights i've ever, EVER had at stereo.

i have less to say about him but, guy gerber was absolutely awesome as well...really deep, thick sounds from him. ideal warm-up for ben klock...but ya, ben stole the show for me...

ri-di-cu-lous.

yeah i remember this! thanks misha i never heard this one!

Ben opened with a beatless track with this ridiculous synth and then layered this under:

one of my favorite remixes of the year.

his next track was this:

so much of the stuff he played i had never heard before, he played 4-5 tracks i've heard in his sets before and that ive been searching for over a year. a lot of older sounding raw tracks. was just immense.. i wish i could know some more of what he played - and Stereo sounded so great for his music. heaviest bass ive heard in there

Yeah his intro was so epic, I keep on saying this but I've never heard the sound system abused like last night. Klock took it to another level, the sub bass shots felt like mini earthquakes. Wish I could have watched him on the decks, his song blending and mixing sounded technical as hell. Typical German hahaha.. Wish I had the energy to stay longer, I was sober and at 8 we were done.

Why was Gerber on for so long? Not that I didn't enjoy it, I surprisingly loved his live set.. did he come on late?

Either way, the sound was refreshing at Stereo last night. Stuff I've never heard before, I love it. Great bookings.
