I don't worry about what the public likes, I worry about what I like. I don't need a DJ Poll to tell me who is good, you know what I mean? I said Sasha's new album is very tight when it comes to production, just not to my liking. I guess I don't follow the ways of the general public, because if I did I guess I should like Britney Spears also. Go figure.

hey thanks man...

Google is your friend:
in Macbeth, not only does a ghost appear
but a floating dagger, witches, and prophetic apparitions make
appearances. The role of the supernatural is very important in Hamlet
and Macbeth.

...

The supernatural occurs four times during the course of
Macbeth. It occurs in all the appearances of the witches, in the
appearance of Banquo¹s ghost, in the apparitions with their
prophesies, and in the ³air-drawn² dagger that guides Macbeth towards
his victim.

...

The final form of the supernatural is the ³air-drawn² dagger
which leads Macbeth to his victim. When the dagger appears to him,
Macbeth finally becomes victim to the delusions of his fevered brain.
The dagger points to Duncan¹s room and appears to be covered in blood.
The dagger buttresses the impact of this key scene in which Macbeth
slays King Duncan.

I'd really like to thank you for giving a serious reply :) ... other ppl might just have said 'dude, it's a word, if you take the word apart you get Air Drawn Dagger' :rolleys: , so thanks :D

I'm positive it's a quote from Shakespeare's Macbeth...Lady Macbeth says something like "this is the air drawn dagger that you said led you to Duncan".

Annyhoo, I think it's a great title!

I think that's the first time that has happened to me...how cool  :D hahhaa...

hmmm, I wonder of Sasha was actually quoting Shakespeare with Airdrawndagger. Maybe it was a random word he came up with...ahh, that would be amusing.

I'm with you 100% on this one.

Sasha as a DJ? I agree with many on here who say that his sets are generally overrated...Diggers as well.

But Sasha's original productions are top to bottom excellent IMHO, particularly airdrawndagger.

I can appreciate that the style of music isn't for everyone, but for *my* tastes airdrawndagger is far and away the best new thing I've picked up this year...I seriously can't get enough of that album!

AirDrawnDagger is very breakthrough and intelligent. It's not like every other dance track where it's just loop after loop and repetitive. Airdrawndagger is spaced full of ever changing notes and chordes which makes it AMAZING! It shows a variety of musical talent.

How can anybody compare this to "The Legacy"?

OMG the legacy is sooooo repetitive it's not even funny. NO wonder it only took 5 hours...its the same four notes over and over again. How hard is that?

hummmm ...
I actually haven't even listened to the album but I'm just wondering; was any of the stuff played in previous sets of sasha or possibly other djs? if so which sets and how far back?

i dont believe so...most of these tracks are pretty downtempo...Wavy Gravy might have been spun at a sasha set before.
