These are in no particular order for me, as each one holds a different place in my heart.
> 1015 - The old skool days fo' sho'! That club is where I fell in love with EDM. Seeing the sun for the first time in a new day.
> Ruby Skye - NEVER have I had a bad time there. (Yes, an LED wall would be badass.) Standing on the balcony looking out...I just think "WOW, I love this !!!"
> The Endup. Um, yeah. The BEST overall vibe in SF!!!
> Voyeur - I just really like this place.
> ...and while not technically a venue: Market Street during LP/LF/LE
Honorable mentions:
> Avalon
> District 30 (Sac)...after last night, I'm now sold on this spot.
> Elements (Sac) - Sacramento's last dedicated EDM Main room. |

#5 222 Hyde (before the remodel).... like a second friggin home to me for a while there! :whip: | post remodel is a thousand times better! EO, Kenneth Scott and crew have done a great job with the place and continue to make it better even on my last visit last week. |

When exactly was Circus' peak? I remember seeing ATB there in Dec of 2005 and he played a major dud of a set. |
Back in the days when GIANT was there but, Circus didn't have the other open rooms it has now. Then came Spundae in 2001 and by 2002 it was jamming again. :toocool: |

don't forget that although Giant was the name, it was still a Spundae Spundae party (spundae did the bookings and marketing). |

smartass lol.
Think it was clear he was talking about Spundae proper. As in they are the main promoter. Not a subpromoter like it is at Avalon and has been since it left Circus last time.
I hope we see the day. But the people who know and can hype the Spundae name in LA are getting older now. THey are going out less. Are less vocal. The longer they wait, the more difficult it will probably be. That said, the right opportunity has to be there. Especially in the LA market. I hope they are just waiting for the right opportunity. |

I only know SF but I guess i can rank my top 5.
1. Com# (RIP) - the combo of sound, surroundings, and UG vibe makes this spot numero uno.
2. Public Works - great sound, good layout, sick visuals, good bookings. I like the kind of warehousey feel to the main floor and the 2nd room is nice to have. | com# for life! also totally forgot about public works though ive only gone once and that was around their opening about a year ago. |
